How it works

So, what is centrifugal water filtration? It works on the scientific model where particles (dirt) are separated by density when rotated quickly. In this case, water enters 12 hydro cyclones simultaneously, and any sediment is forced to the cyclone wall. While dirt falls to the sediment chamber, filtered water moves to the centre of the cyclone and spirals outwards back to the pool.

The accumulation of filtered dirt is monitored through the MultiCyclone’s clear sediment chamber. When sediment has built-up too much, the chamber is emptied by simply opening the purge valve by hand, where just 15 litres is discharged.

Using the MultiCyclone, therefore, reduces the need for filter cartridge cleaning and replacement to just once-per-year. It also boosts the performance for accessories like pool vacuuming or robotic cleaners. If connected to a sand filter system, you will save 7,000 litres of water per-year from backwashing.

Warranty
